All materials published or otherwise made available on this website, including—by way of example only—texts, images, videos, audio, information, data (including personal data), or metadata (“Content”), are protected under Italian Law No. 633/1941 on copyright and related rights (“LDA”), as such and/or as parts of other works, collections, or databases, and are the exclusive property of GEDI News Network S.p.A. (the “Company”) or its licensors/predecessors-in-title.
The Company expressly reserves all rights in relation to the Content, including the right to reproduce or extract such Content, pursuant to Art. 70-quater LDA, for the purposes of text and data mining (“TDM”), meaning any automated analytical technique aimed at analyzing text, sounds, images, data, or metadata in digital form in order to generate information including, but not limited to, patterns, trends, and correlations.
Therefore, absent the Company’s prior written consent, any use of the Content, in whole or in part, by any means and in any medium, for any purpose, is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, any activity involving the reproduction and/or extraction of the Content through automated means—such as bots, spiders, crawlers, macros, or scrapers—for text and data mining purposes. Furthermore, any use of the Content to train or otherwise improve algorithms or software of any kind—including, by way of example only, machine learning systems, artificial intelligence models or systems—and/or any other use or activity not authorized by the Content rights holders, is strictly prohibited.
It is also strictly prohibited to circumvent or attempt to circumvent, directly or indirectly, through any means, the technological protection measures implemented by the Company or its licensors/predecessors-in-title aimed at preventing or restricting acts not authorized by the Content rights holders.
